Bad support time and time again

Worst company to deal with, pathetic service and support. Quick to phone you and try to convince you not to take your business away. Well, I have had it. Everytime something goes wrong, you're in for days or weeks to get something sorted out. Their whatsapp bot is just as useless. I queried why the ticket was closed and the line was still faulty. And after one hour the answer I got was, "It looks like the ticket has been closed". And subsequently I again have to wait another 24 hours. Why was the ticket closed? Because Webafrica neglected to provide all the information to Vumatel. I am requested to please be patient. Sorry Webafrica, I wish you support was as good as your adverti*****t.
