Bad support structure
Im with webafrica for years, but phoning them you get no answer and only other option is whatsup andthey do the same checks without fixing the problem if a restart cant fix. Im struggling for weeks to fix my slow connection

11 May 2022, 11:21my queries have been sorted, the problem is that I had to keep on contacting the support staff for 2 weeks before one guy checked and sow I was not on the correct speed in the background.
So I was always helped but getting better feedback and if they can bring back the ticket system forcing the staff to get back to the customer until the queries are sorted would help with some of the frustrations
