Bad support service

I have been trying for over a year to get an email address created, it stays in pending status and there is no way of talking to a real person. You can only interact on their whatsapp line and all they do is keep forwarding you and you deal with Willie the Bot.

I even phoned sales to find out about my order and they just forwarded me to Willie the Bot, it is amazing they are in business
