Bad support and promises made on phone is non-existent with dubbel payment

The webAfrica website shows that the support team will aim to reply within 2 hours (well this is not true), I have sent my email to support LTE on 30 November to try and ask them about my delivery of my sim-card and the address and I did not receive a reply at all. I sent an e-mail because I was put on hold on their support line for 42 minutes. On 5 December I queried that same e-mail again and after that I sent a personal message on Facebook, and someone did respond within a few hours after the Facebook message. He promised me my sim-card would be delivered to me 6 November, because it has been 5 working days (as they advertise 3-5 working days for delivery). The morning of 6 November I received an SMS that notified me I will receive my sim on 15 November, later the same day I received an e-mail that notified me I will receive my sim on 18 November. The date just moves on and on and this will then be 13 Working days. Another add-on webAfrica did a double payment for my Sim-card, they deducted R200 twice on the day (R400 TOTAL), webAfrica is fast to take payments (MAKE IT DOUBLE PAYMENTS) but does not perform. Please don't advertise 3-5 working days for delivery and and make promises on the phone to tell me it will come the next day and I do not receive anything. There was also a special in November that if I pay my sim before November I will receive 50 gigabyte for R300 as I did receive a confirmation from their side for the payment, I also did a query about that and they did not answer me on that question on the email neither on the phone.

Reviewer Update
And on 11 December I received a new SMS that tells me I will receive my sim within 8 working days, that will be on 20 December, once again the date moves on and on, companies close 22 December pathetic. From 28 November to 20 December, that is the time it will take to receive a sim from WebAfrica.
