Bad Support

Support sucks. Where have you ever heard that support is done only via Whatsapp and to get a reply or an answer can take longer than 60 minutes, if that is called support, then I am an alien. I wonder if their mascot is a symbol of the company as it would seems they are all arrogant and lazy. Telephone is non existent and emails are "old-fashioned", surely they need to have better ways to give support, or maybe they have so many queries that a phone system will be overwhelmed. I doubt if they will even read this review or give a reply. I am getting 90% of my fiber speed but if I pay only 90% of my bill, they will disconnect me, what a bunch of nonsense.
