Bad SLA's, Bad Service, Bad Communication

Webafrica has Bad SLA's, Bad Service and Bad Communication I have had no fiber for over 50 hours. When i ask for an update all i get is it is still within the 48-72h SLA window so no update. I told them i work from home and this is urgent. They just dont care.
