bad sevice

FROM 17 Nov I joined webafrica. Iam supposed to pay R200 per month On 23 Nov they subtracted R249 as well as R249 on the 26th. On the 29th another R149 was subtracted On the 30th R298 was taken On 1st Dec R199 was taken On1st Dec another R769 was taken After spending days and hours on line getting many promises and many ref numbers nothing has been done yet. Two weeks ago I was promised that a refund would be in my bank account but nothing happened. Pease I don't know what more I cando
