Bad servuce

We have been with Webafrica for many years, since February we had problems with wifi speeds. I sat on the phone with them for days and kept coming up with excuses, absolutely no help from them. They keep on referring the problem to Metrofibre and they keep on closing the tickets, they blame each other and neither can sort out the problem. Please we aware if you going to have issues with either one of them, you will sit for days trying to resolve and you will get nowhere Frans Kroukamp
