Bad services

Good day I have been having a problem with webafrica for a while now , I have been having connection problems with them , as well as trying requesting a more affordable package, but then was said that we have to cancel which means ,we have to pay a cancelation fee. Thereafter we decided to cancel with webafrica completely, we have been requesting a cancelation for two months, and there was no feedback from webafrica, no communication at all . Money has been deducted for two months , although we have made a cancelation before the two months. Their customer courtesy is putrid.
