Bad service/No internet connection for 2days

It’s been two full days without internet connection, I work from home and that’s o e of the reasons I got their services, it’s a putty I can’t change to any other in my area but I would’ve moved long time ago because this is not the first time, but they very quick on reminding you to pay “their bill”.I won’t lie I’m not happy with them!
