Bad service with WebAfrica

I did apply for the wifi in April 2021 and the supplier WebAfrica installed their equipment. After they had installed, they told me to pay and i paid R1164 but since then nothing was activated. I tried calling them in vain and now i intend getting another installer so that i get services. I need them to cancel my account and refund so i can get another installer to take over.
