Bad service with no delivery.

I had the worse experience with webafrica all that they promised was not accomplished and they deducted a delivery fee. I went from pillar to post trying to get help from their customer service with no luck. The whatsapp customer service was really helpful in looking into my matter however with no solution i had to switch to Axxess because Webafrica gave me s@#t service. I still have not received my refund and it has been over a month.
