Bad Service Webafrica ISP

I have been struggling to get any support from Webafrica, my internet has been down the whole day. When I eventually got through to an agent, I was told call needed to be escalated to critical care department, but the service from them was not what the name suggests, still waiting to speak to an agent to follow up on my query, this is not on, really, really poor service.
