Bad service webafrica

I was on the R529 package for 2 months and nw this month the down grade me to the R399 package and I dnt no why I've been trying to fix this problem for 2 to 3 days nw they are giving me the run around and jst to get hold of them it's a big problem u wait forever and I'm still waiting on them to help me even if a person phone them a person wait long online for them and if u get hold of them then they transfer u to a different person every time but the problem they cnt sort out
