Bad service Webafrica

I have requested for the services of webafrica to install fibre of which I paid and they send installers from Vuma tell on the 28th of February 2020 everything was done I was told I would receive an SMS with user name and Password to date I have not received anything 6 March 2020.I have contacted the whole week to no positive outcome and of which now webAfrica is blaming Vuma but I was never I client of Vuma I am client of webAfrica . I am so disappoint with the service and the unprofessionalism of the whole situation
