Bad service webafrica

I wish I here was a minus 0 rating. That is the type of service you people deliver no service. You whatsap line the agents just send you from one to the other nothing gets resolved you call their number and can't even speak to an agent. I am waiting for a week for my Fibre already. I moved homes informed you guys beginning of July and yet you people messed up once again. My Fibre is still not working you people didn't load anything. Your service is disgusting putrid. No urgency and just Don give a F about the client. I am waiting on someone to assist with feedback
