Bad Service WebAfrica

Webafrica is usless!!! I having problems with my line since 27th September. When I call they said I have to communicate via whatsup. I spoke to more then 10 consultants but every time they told me ticket was closed and giving me new one. Today is the 10 October and they are still unable to assist/fix this issue but they debit my account for R529. I really give up...
