Bad service Webafrica

My daughter was given the choice ftom a range of service providers. She chose Webafrica, that was a mistake. She never had any proper wife and when she reported the issue there was always issues. She canceled her service in June 2024 send back the router as requested but was still billed for it as they supposedly never got it which is strange we overnight courier it to them. Now she can not get n new service provider as they haven't release her line. This is ridiculous. Webafrica should be held accountable for their poor service providing.
