Bad service Webafrica

My internet is not working . I contacted the cut service thrice yesterday. I followed their instructions for two hours. The person chatting was so *********** and could not assist. At the end of the day she said she will log a no internet connection. No indication of what that means or if someone will come out. She just ended the chat. The customer care service after joining is pathetic. I refuse to pay for the days I have no internet.
