Bad Service Webafrica

Useless Service Our Fibre Went down on 8/2/23 Logged a Complaint on their WhatsApp line (only way of communicating with them ) & got a Ref no 114501 stating that with 48 hrs Vumatel (Fibre operators) would sort it out Late Friday afternoon after numerous calls Vumatel pitched up took our old router & replaced it with a new 1 & same problem.🥵 They told me that there is a Vitus in the area & their office woukd sort it out. Spent the whole weekend trying to get some sense Out of Webafrica but we now on Monday with no definite replies on when the problem will will be fixed I have repeatedly requested that i can speak to someone & get no jou So Ppl if U want service on s Fibre dont choose Webafrica/ Vumatel
