BAD SERVICE WEB AFRICA

I am 47 years old and have had never had such BAD service from any company . On 9 June I made contact with them on what's up chat to cancel my contract as I am moving . I was told by that consultant I need to give 30 day months notice which was perfect because Iam moving end of July . 1 July my WI FI was of So I had to go again through the process of what's up chat which is the first problem because you cant call them Up to 7 July I now have been talking to 14 Consultants of Web Africa They took my money on 1 July but till today 7 July I can not use is yet Each consultant that I talk to you get to a point then get transferred then have to explain the whole process again Today 7 July I was on this what's up chat from 9 till now 15:00 and not resolved yet
