Bad service Web Africa

1 star cause i cant give less, no after sales service, second time within a month i have a problem with my fibre and i cant get hold of anyone. The 1st time, last month, when i eventually got hold of someone, they said someone will be out soon, (Friday night) no one pitched. I eventually got a call to say they will b here sat morn at 8am, no one came, luckily i had the cell number of the person that called to reschedule and he sent someone after 10am that morning
