BAD SERVICE STAY AWAY

What a bad service and *********** staff I have not have network since 2025-02-04 reported the matter through their WhatsApp services and it was not sorted tried again on 2025-02-11 and a ticket was logged but on the same day it was closed saying the matter was resolved but nothing was done I followed up again on WhatsApp and was informed the issue was resolved I asked how because no one has contacted me and I still do not have network they said they going to make a follow up but still nothing has been done tried their WhatsApp again today they did all their test procedures that they have been doing the whole month still nothing is sorted it means I'm going to pay for services that I did not use because of their incompetence
