Bad service, Rude agent and worse service provider

This is the worsed company ever. I ordered a Fibre and got a call was told to pay in which I did pay on the 22nd of Feb 2024. I later got a call for installation and they wanted to confirm my address I told them and I was told that the person I was talking to captured the wrong address and they will call me. Ever since I paid I have never got a call from this company I'm the one whose doing follow ups the person I was chatting to goes by the name of Enrico Baron he is so rude and not helpful. At this moment I just want my money back and look for a better service provider because this one is bad...
