Bad Service Received with Webafrica ISP

We just had a very bad service regarding Webafrica as my ISP with Open Server. And bad thing what of this bad service we received, we made an appointment of moving/installation before the month end of August, which it didn't help that's when we discussed to make a call. Which one sales team helped us with the application of moving/installation on the date of 2nd of Sep 2026, we happy with that.

So now the problem started when we made a payment of R539 as I know we had to pay because we had old service with them on my previous address.. then the bill of R249 we paid for Moving/installation. Now everyday I have to make a follow up till today, with no help. We been moved chat to other chat making us frustrated, adding to that we have been buying data everyday using amount of R179 ended buying 100GBb costing us R379 and used it for 4days and today just bought other one.. we tired of calling them and chatting with them. We just need our money back.

Hi Thabiso,

We understand how frustrating it must be when a move to a new premises does not go as smoothly as expected, especially after making the necessary payments and having to follow up repeatedly for updates.  This is certainly not the moving experience we aim to provide, and we understand your concerns regarding the delays and communication you've experienced throughout the process. We're here to help and would gladly take a closer look at the matter. Please send us a direct message with the email address linked to the account in question so that we can review the order, investigate the current status, and provide further assistance.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
