Bad service provider - Refund

Horrible, I paid on the 10th of July . Fast forward and cancelled on the 30th due to lies they kept on telling me about the installation date. Till to date no refund has been processed, as the agent didn’t do it and it’s over 15 working days . Horrible my dear, don’t even think about it
