BAD SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

Logged a ticket via WhatAPP and Webafrica APP. This took 2 hours for an agent to be available. The agent told to do speed tests a my issue was Speed. I did and She requested to share Speed test from 3 Devices witch I don't have. She said if I cannot test from 3 devices she cannot assists. This is frustrating as I leave alone and only have 2 Devices(LAPTOP and PHONE). I was told I cannot be assisted because I don't have 3 Devices to test with. This Even I can do test with cable to the ONT from my LAPTOP. THIS is BAD. WHEN YOU GET AN AGENT THEY CANNOT ASSIST. YOU CAN WAIT FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. ALSO THE AGENT DOES NOT EVEN ACCEPT TESTS DONE FROM WEBAFRICA APP.
