Bad Service Provider Ever

Worst customer service ever my internet has been down for days now i have been chatting with a robot since Tuesday no solid feedback from the agent they so unprofessional - Whatsapp line isn’t even responding or inactive i’ve been sending messages no reply - They keep on debiting extra R50 each month for failed debit order even though there’s enough money on my bank acc.
