Bad service provider

Very bad provider. Internet keeps going of everyday and comes back on after 5 to 10 min. No that i complained about it no internet at all. They cant debit me on the date i want and when i want to cancel they tell me i will be charged. Going on for almost 3 years. So you are stuck if you dont pay more
