Bad service provider

Worst service ever. I won't recommend them to anyone. My internet is down since 23 April. On the 1st my account was debited but still no internet. No number to call only a stupid whatsapp line,with no assistance. Yesterday I pretended as if I want to order a new service in a jiffy a guy by the name Leon rep**** after telling him my issue. The the chat was ended with my problem not solved. I then called home connect. The agent answered the phone and checked for me if there's an outage in the area. He said it doesn't show any outages in my area. Unfortunately he couldn't do more. As I'm with useless Webafrica. They quick to take your money but they don't have after sales service.
