Bad Service Privider

Good afternoon, To whom this may concern. We are a top rated RMI auto motive workshop. this business must be working like a good, oiled machine. Due to the high volume of fleet going through our workshop. due to our Wi-Fi service provider Web Africa line Telkom we have been experiencing bad signal, no signal since last week call logging takes forever because this one doesn't know transferring calls for 10- 15min only to hear switch the device off and on. Keep in mind we can't change providers as we signed a contract with them. This is such poor service, *********** workers. And the worst service provider. their for I will not recommend Web Africa nor Telkom. Going for week 2 now and nothing has beeen done to the matter, no tecnician no update.
