"Bad service, pathetic staff, and yet they bill you for it"

LTE SIM ONLY CREDIT: When you activate your SIM only account, you will receive a once off credit of between R250 and R500, depending on your chosen package size.Webafrica reserves the right to recall this once off credit should you cancel your service within 12 months of activation of your SIM only LTE service. The credit recall will be disregarded should your service be paid and active with Webafrica for longer than 12 months from activation.

The above I only discovered yesterday through searching on their website, once I received invoices for September 2018, in which I cancelled my 50GB service in August already. I would think that Webafrica is a bunch of ****** with no loyalty and obligation to their customers. They credit their customers on services, but if they fail on service delivery, Webafrica still tends to submit invoices for their own service delivery failure. I was quite shocked to know this, as they could not assist me with my services, Billing and Technical support who actually need to go back to training to better assist and resolve matters. When asked to speak to a manager, they say that the duty manager is out for the day, whereby their manager\s are actually sitting in their office, either on coffee or smoke break, and this is a true statement, as they cannot deal with customer complaints.

Webafrica has billed me R250 for a 50GB package that I app**** for on 1 April 2018, they credited me R250 to my account, 4 days later, my LTE Sim was delivered, SIM provionsing failed after it being delivered, so no activation occurred, did the whole troubleshooting thing with the useless tech support staff, waited 2 days for feedback, nothing happened, cancelled within the reasonable notice period, and now yesterday, 19 September 2018, I received an invoice of R250 oweing to Africa as they are hiding behind their cluase of 12 months of activation of my SIM only LTE service, in which I did not receive at all. Question: How can Webafrica bill me for no service delivery, they credit my account and then expect me as a consumer, just to pay them back for their own inhouse technical failure?

Same above story when I next app**** for the 100GB package, had service for 1 month, then downhill from there. Received invoice for R500 oweing for their own bad service. So someone has willfully closed my tickets/email as it was probably deemed not good enough from a paying customer?

I really hope they don't invoice me for October....? Maybe if Webafrica feels like sending invoices to rob customers.

I really regret having joined Webafrica, their staff structure is a joke.
