Bad service - nonexistent customer service contact - Refund not processed..

Don't deserve any rating utter bad customer service. am due a refund and mouth later still no joy everyone keeps referring to a robotic WhatsApp helpline that can't assist nor can they agents. very bad service you get contradicting info each time you chat to a agent. please may i get my refund due to me
