Bad service - No internet

After having no internet since i joined web africa, I had problems with my LTE, the whatsapp service is really **** and after speaking to an endless line of people no one could assist me. First they said i had the wrong router then after receiving one from them still they told me its not the right one. No feedback no urgency to assist clients. Im so tired of this. I will not make anymore payments untill this is resolved. They can take the router back and stuff the sim card.
