Bad service im getting from Vum and webafrica

The installation from my house was done on the 09.05.2024 and still it is still on pending status i have been in contact with you guys since day one and the only feedback since last we are escalating to Vuma with no one who is getting back to I'M very frustrated with this Vuma and web Africa
