Bad service i wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Bad service ,i have been trying to get hold of agent to assist me with billing am new resident ,but they keep on transferring me to one agent to another and to get to agent you wait for 3-4 hours to just get transferred again ..please contact me *** ***
