Bad service - i will not recommend to anyone

I really had a bad experience with the company twice first time it was in Gauteng i tried to install fibre using Vumatel and the service took forever. now again im in the eastern cape and wanted to use metrofibre then they are there again and i requested service on the 4th of december and was told it will take 14 working days to get a service that is up and running to this day i am being billed for wifi that i am not using. i have tried to talk to their support on the whatsapp chat and im told i will be charged for courier for the router. i would never recommend them to anyone
