BAD SERVICE FROM WHATS APP

on 2 or 3 occasions have tried to contact webafrica on-what's app ist time waited more than an hour no response today have waited for an hour an 10 mins,. Then get a message that an agent will contact me. i have heard this before no has contacted me I understand the situation under lock down but this is ridiculous ???
