Bad service from WebAfrica. They take money without providing a service.

The worst service ever from WebAfrica. I signed up for their 20Mbp WIFI online. They came & delivered a router, they then debited my account R249.00. Telling me they will activate and load WiFi and then charge me a prorated amount, & debit again on the first. On the 23rd they debited, but I didn't have any WiFi connection. On the 24th I contacted them they send me from post to pillar & telling me the is another router that should have been delivered, until that one is delivered l will then have WiFi connection. My account is already debited no one can assist me when I contact them, they just promised to call me back but they didn't.
