Bad service from Webafrica.... I want my R3170 back

I paid R3170 for wifi installation to webafrica in December, the internet was never activated. I tried to contact them via the whatsapp help line but no help I called the service provider which is vodacom but no help. I sent back their router today want my money back please help Peter.
