Bad Service from Webafrica

There shouldn't even be 1 star on here, you should have the option of minus stars for certain companies. I Signed up and the service was great until they got me, there is no after sales service. No human being to speak to, they have a WhatsApp number only that you can contact them on and you spend almost the whole day on WhatsApp trying to get their *********** staff to assist you. I signed up for a promotional package where they charge you less for the first 2 months, however they charged me the full amount for the first month and now I am battling to get hold of anyone to rectify this. Is there no place where one can go to their offices or get to speak to a human in person? What do I do now?
