Bad service from WebAfrica

You have no way to contact WebAfrica except through their WattsApp. Problem is that they do not respond - I've now been waiting for almost 3 hours with no response at all! Terrible service to say the least! (... and I'm sure it is an administrative problem not a technical problem - hence human error!)
