Bad service from webafrica and vumatel

Bad service from webafrica and vumatel, since i made payment early February for fiber installation till today there is nothing. When i spoke to a consultant they told me that my area is live but when i call again they said its not live. I canceled the order early march even today i have not received my refund they keep saying they will call me nothing.
