Bad service from Webafrica and vumatel

I have subsribed fibre through Webafrica and Vumatel service and it's been two weeks now going on the third week without any real help and no internet connection because some of their guys tampered with the poles and we made them aware but they choose to run away without checking what they have disturbed on the pole, then we logged a call the technicians that came said a cable has been removed so they will come back with a cable till this day nothing.I conntacted them again and still nothing from those technicians but the premium are still being deducted even after I requested a refund for service not received through their agent Babalwa Mkhalipa and the references I am given Willie the robot seams to know nothing about them everytime.
