Bad service from Webafrica and Vuma

Ordered fibre service. Vuma fibre. Received the router and tried to set up the service and already had to log a call with Vuma cause it doesn't work. I had issues with Vuma previously. Now I'm stuck with paying for this service and having to wait a month to cancel.
