Bad service from Webafrica

I have had a terrible experience with Webafrica, Sad to say their service has been very bad. I ordered fibre in December and to date have not even received the router, which is due to the courier however every time I speak to a consultant, they scedule the router to be delivered but no router. After cancelling the service the money has been deducted from my bank account and I have been struggling now for over a week to get a refund and according to the statement, the money which was deducted is not even appearing on the statement! Avoid Webafrica especially if you need urgent fibre!!
