Bad Service from webafrica

WebAfrica is the worst I have never used there services neither have they installed anything at my home. They are trying to charge me for something I have not used. I tried explaining this to a few of the customers service agents. I have a contract with another internet service provide and they installed everything and webafrica wants to charge me for it. they had nothing to do with it
