Bad service from webafrica

We have been with Webafrica for years, people moved into the house, Vodacom sorted their black box out, the problem is webafrica that has got this whatsapp group, and I have been dealing with 10 different people and no one there can actually help me to connect my wifi up... It's a plug and play... Not that is even working
