Bad service from web Africa internet service provider

I have been asking web Africa from 20th of December to send a technician to come check their internet router weather it's faulty or it's their cables cause we've experienced high winds on the 18th of December 2024 till date I've been struggling to get any assistance from the service provider I've called what's app them but they are telling me to wait for 72 hours when I did wait for 72 hours a week ago. Their service is very bad web Africa you can rander your services to the paying customers.
