Bad Service from Web Africa

This company arranged to install fiber at my house. They did everything and installed the connection. After leaving they just ignored me. Every telephone call I made afterwards was ignored. Their passwords dont work. I have been without any internet for 4 days now, and they are not answering their telephones today. 23/12/22.. Any of them. I have instructed them to remove their installation and I will go with someone else. The aftersales service from this company is appallingly. The worse I have had. If you are wanting fiber installed, avoid this company at all costs. They are just a hassle, and an aggravation. One cannot communicate with them.
